In this list we go over the 5 ways to prep for a successful signing. Making sure you have all your ducks in a row can mean the difference if a signing is going to be good or not. Following these steps can help make sure that everything is prepared and ready from all sides of the signing. Sometimes by following these steps, you end up catching something that needs to be corrected and saves you from having to correct it later. Now no one is perfect but making sure you have a guideline system before the signing can make the difference of having a successful signing.

The top 7 Commonly Missed Documents By Notaries

         We created this list to help all the folks out there in Notaryville.  We all know that sometimes signature lines are over looked, but did you know that the most common are 7 documents which we are going to cover in this list.  Some of these documents only apply to FHA and VA loans while some of them are in every loan package.


1. The 1003 also known as the Residential Loan Application is generally a 4 to 5 page document. This is a standard document that is in all loan packages. The first signature missed, is at the top of the first page of the 1003 (1 of 4). This document is in all packages.  See the illustration below.

5 TIPS TO STAY OFF THE DO-NOT-USE LIST

I was requested to make a list of how notaries go from getting a bunch of signing to none. Basically how they became a DO-NOT-USE-NOTARY. No one is perfect and we know that, but we still get a lot of mobile notaries that have to be put on a DO-NOT-USE list. All different reasons, some worse than others. So I have put together some things of what typically will get you put on that list. Every one of the listed items is from situations that were similar.
